I had a complete new install about 1 year ago. The HVAC installed by Mr Nieto’s crew is still running like brand new. My highest electric bill in the peak of summer was $129. Super efficient system and runs so quiet i can’t even hear it. Would use Advance Cooling again, and recommend them to anyone who needs service or complete install.
